I am a creative, collaborative, and detail-oriented instructional designer and eLearning developer dedicated to crafting impactful and engaging learning experiences that incorporate adult learning principles and purposeful design. My work is guided by a deep understanding of people, learning strategies, and innovative problem-solving. My Strategic approach allows me to see patterns, anticipate challenges, and design training solutions that not only address current learning gaps but also support long-term growth. I excel at aligning instructional strategies with business goals, ensuring that learning interventions drive measurable results. 

My Ideation and love of learning fuels creativity, bringing innovation through interactive storytelling, gamification, and scenario-based learning. As a lifelong learner, I continuously work to expand my toolbox, incorporate cutting-edge tools and techniques—such as Articulate Storyline 360, Articulate Rise 360, Camtasia, Vyond, PowerPoint, and Google products—into my projects to enhance learning engagement and effectiveness.
